Well, it was really close, but The Martian managed to win out over Straight Outta Compton, which means it will have the dubious pleasure of facing off against Mad Max: Fury Road in our first semifinal. But first, we’ve got one more quarterfinal: Ex Machina vs. Kingsman: The Secret Service. Whoever wins will go up against It Follows in the semis. And, look, guys, I’ve tried to remain impartial… but, really, this shouldn’t be a tough call. Need a refresher on either film?
