SciFridays: “Creature”

Baddie – Incest. Lesson – It’s totally still okay to poke fun at rednecks. “Creature” is a 2011 film that is loosely based around the Native American ‘Wendigo’ myth (man becomes cannibalistic, becomes monster) but set in the Bayou with rednecks, which is marginally less offensive then it could have been.

SciFridays: “Vipers”

Baddie – Genetically Engineered Vipers Lesson – Snakes aren’t that scary. Work on it. I realize that some people strongly dislike snakes.  I also realize that some people strongly dislike Tara Reid. Unfortunately, “Vipers” has both of those things. Worse still, Tara Reid out performs the snakes. To compensate, Corbin Bernsen is in this movie.…
